OFFICIAL RULES
A Raffle Ticket will be assigned for a $5 donation in the RailGiants Depot Gift Shop, and online at railgiants.org. At time of raffle donation, ticket(s) will be assigned to the donator on our master list. All assigned tickets will be placed in a container before drawing. A paper record identifying ticket numbers will be provided for tickets assigned in the Gift Shop. An e-mail message identifying ticket numbers will be provided for tickets assigned resulting from such donations on railgiants.org.
Winners will be drawn from numbered raffle paper tickets when RailGiants Train Museum is open to the public on (or near to) the day Big Boy #4014 leaves RailGiants. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible raffle tickets assigned. Winners will be notified after the public drawing, using contact information provided when winning ticket was assigned.
To obtain prizes in-person, winners must provide the paper record or e-mail identifying a winning ticket, and photo identification matching its contact information. Free shipping of prizes will be provided if winner is not present, or otherwise requests shipping. Prizes will only be shipped to name and address provided when winning ticket was assigned.
All participants agree that all decisions of The Railway and Locomotive Historical Society, Southern California Chapter are final, and that no refunds of donations will be provided.
