Caboose U.P.P. #24567 arrived in Union Pacific’s West Colton yard on Sunday night, January 5, 2014. The caboose departed Cheyenne WY three days earlier. It was previously assigned to use in Union Pacific’s steam train service.

Next stop: The fairgrounds in Pomona!

Meanwhile at the locomotive servicing area at West Colton, U.P. #3105 received its final servicing to prepare for its final delivery of the caboose, a freight car, and itself to RailGiants Train Museum.
